All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Iron Labs does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering error, or dissatisfaction with a product. Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.
No Refunds
Iron Labs does not issue refunds for any orders, including orders that have been shipped, orders that are in transit, or orders that have been delivered. All purchases are final at the time of payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit or you believe you received the incorrect product, contact us at Support@IronLabs.Shop within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and contents. We will review each case individually and respond promptly. Resolution may include replacement at our discretion — it does not include refunds or returns.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
Iron Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply to reship. No refunds will be issued for returned or undeliverable packages.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account restriction and refusal of future service. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly — please contact us at Support@IronLabs.Shop before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
