What are research peptides?
Research peptides are synthetic amino acid chains used in laboratory and scientific research settings. They are studied for their interactions with biological receptors, signaling pathways, and cellular processes. All peptides sold by Iron Labs are strictly for research use and are not approved for human or veterinary use.
Are your peptides for human use?
No. All products sold by Iron Labs are research chemicals intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or food products. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for any therapeutic use and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
What purity levels do your peptides have?
Iron Labs peptides are independently tested by third-party laboratories. Purity is confirmed by HPLC and molecular identity is verified by mass spectrometry. To request batch documentation, email Support@IronLabs.Shop with your product name and order number.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. COAs are available on demand for any product. Email Support@IronLabs.Shop with your order number and the product name and we will send your batch-specific COA promptly. COAs include HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry identity confirmation from independent labs.
How should research peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Do not freeze reconstituted solutions. See our Peptide Storage Guide for full details.

Who can purchase from Iron Labs?
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Iron Labs. By placing an order you represent that you are of legal age and that you intend to use all products for lawful laboratory research purposes only.
What payment methods do you accept?
Iron Labs accepts major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Contact Support@IronLabs.Shop with payment questions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Contact Support@IronLabs.Shop as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Tracking is provided once your label is created. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, typically 2–5 business days within the US.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All domestic US orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $300 ship for a flat rate of $10. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
How is my order packaged?
All Iron Labs orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents. Peptides are packed securely to minimize transit damage.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact Support@IronLabs.Shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and contents. We will review and respond promptly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. Iron Labs does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Due to the nature of research chemicals, once an order is placed and payment is confirmed it is non-refundable and non-returnable. Research peptides are legal to purchase and possess for legitimate research purposes in the United States. Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Iron Labs sells all products strictly as research chemicals.
Do you sell peptides for human use or to clinics?
No. Iron Labs does not sell products for human therapeutic use and does not represent that our products are suitable for clinical or medical applications. All products are sold for research purposes only.
