Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your label has been created.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Iron Labs ships to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 2–5 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where applicable.

Free Shipping

All domestic orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $300 ship for a flat rate of $10. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the threshold.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior. Research peptides are packed securely to prevent transit damage. Temperature-sensitive products include appropriate cold-chain packaging where applicable.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided by email once your shipping label is created. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, contact Support@IronLabs.Shop with your order number.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Iron Labs is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Packages returned as undeliverable due to address errors may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. No refunds are issued for undeliverable packages.

Carrier Delays

Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Iron Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or customs holds. We are not able to issue refunds for carrier delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Iron Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact your carrier directly. For packages lost in transit (never scanned), contact Support@IronLabs.Shop and we will open a carrier investigation.
