All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Iron Labs does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. By placing an order you agree that your purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable.
No Returns
Iron Labs does not accept returns under any circumstances, including change of mind, ordering error, or product dissatisfaction. Once payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.
No Refunds
No refunds are issued for any orders regardless of shipping status. All purchases are final at the time of payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact Support@IronLabs.Shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We review each case individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion — not a refund or return.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
Iron Labs is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Ensure your address is accurate when ordering. Packages returned as undeliverable due to customer address errors may be reshipped for an additional fee. No refunds are issued.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in permanent account restriction and refusal of future service. Contact Support@IronLabs.Shop before filing any payment dispute.
