1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ironlabs.shop and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Iron Labs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 21 years old, (b) you are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction, and (c) you intend to use all products exclusively for lawful laboratory research purposes. Iron Labs reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity at its sole discretion.
3. Research Use Only
All products sold by Iron Labs are research chemicals intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research use. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any human or veterinary therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventive use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or food products. Iron Labs makes no health claims and does not recommend, endorse, or imply any therapeutic application of its products. Purchasers assume full responsibility for lawful use.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Iron Labs reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order. Iron Labs does not tolerate chargebacks for orders that have been fulfilled as described. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and referral to collection.
5. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation. Iron Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate. Returned or undeliverable packages may require additional postage to reship and are not eligible for refund.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Iron Labs does not accept returns due to the nature of research chemical products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact support@ironlabs.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Iron Labs will review and resolve verified issues at its discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Iron Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this site. The purchaser assumes all risk associated with the handling, storage, and use of research chemicals. Iron Labs’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Compliance with Laws
Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. Iron Labs makes no representations regarding the legality of its products in any specific jurisdiction outside the United States. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify legality before ordering.
